Situated inside The Yoga Barn, we welcome you to REFRESH to experience healing therapies, including massage, scrubs, facials & Ayurvedic-inspired therapies.
Facilitator
Anika was initially drawn to yoga as a sanctuary from her demanding corporate career in Australia. The practice of yoga has truly transformed not only her appreciation of movements, but also her entire way of living and loving life. In 2016, she then decided to leave her career in Finance to then become a yoga teacher in Melbourne.
Anika is trained in various healing modalities such as Theta Healing, Aquatic Bodywork (Healing Dance), Breathwork and Body-Mind Centering practice.
Facilitator
Jana Johnson integrates psychological awareness, spiritual practice, and holistic healing modalities into her offerings. She was formally trained in foundational psychology with equal amounts of concentrated study in spiritual disciplines, energy work, and metaphysics through the Helix Training Program in New York City.
Jana is educated and trained in a diverse range of practices rooted in Buddhism, South American earth-based modalities, Reiki, and, in the past decade has focused on Ayurveda, Yoga, and traditional Tantra. She holds a deep respect for these traditions while she continues to shape her uniquely personal path of facilitating healing.
