In just 75 minutes per session, embark on an invigorating adventure to revitalize your wellness routine. Over three days, Donovan will guide you through a comprehensive Pilates program tailored to target your tummy, arms/upper body, and legs using basic props.

Day 1: Re-shape Your Tummy
Engage your core and improve your posture with Pilates exercises like The Hundred, Roll-Ups, and Plank Variations.

Day 2: Re-learn & Re-shape Your Arms & Upper Body.
Strengthen and tone your arms and upper body with Pilates Push-Ups, Swan Dive, using the Pilates Ring and light weights.

Day 3: Reboot Your Legs & Lower Body
Tone your legs and glutes through Glute Bridges, Side-Lying Leg Lifts, and Squats.

Donovan Manning, originally from the vibrant lands of Kingston, Jamaica, shines brightly as a guiding light in the world of wellness. Immersed in the ancient practices of Pilates and Yoga for over two decades, Donovan’s journey is filled with timeless wisdom and invaluable experience.

As a dedicated Yoga & Pilates Practitioner, Donovan’s path has been shaped by a unique blend of academic excellence, personal dedication, and insights gained from the medical field, providing comfort through treatments and post-care support.

Under the mentorship of respected masters, Donovan’s education and training sparkle with excellence, from certifications by the American Fitness Professional Association for Pilates to the spiritual teachings of Yoga Angels. His practice flourishes with the classical techniques of Mat-Work and Reformer exercises learned from Pilates Master Teacher David Brown, and the vibrant essence of Badasana shared by Nadine McNeil.

What will happen if I arrive late to the event?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

What should I do if the event is canceled?

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.

I bought my tickets but I can’t attend the event. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are not able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
