Self-Worth, Abundance & Money as Energy
This module opens the current of prosperity, the sacred flow of giving and receiving that sustains all life. It is an invitation to remember wealth as a natural expression of worth, alignment, and trust in life itself.
We draw close to the origins of yoga and tantric insight to create a steady container for exploring wealth as energy. This work reconnects abundance to its true root, not as accumulation but as circulation, gratitude, and integrity.
Through breath, movement, reflection, and creative practice, we explore how money, resources, and self-worth are woven together. We work with the subtle body, the nervous system, and the mind to dissolve scarcity and awaken receptivity. We learn to hold expansion with safety, grace, and joy.
This is a practice of belonging.
A devotion to enoughness.
A remembering that prosperity is the pulse of life moving through you.
After this training, you will be able to teach and guide others in:
✔ Exploring personal and collective stories of money, self-worth, and value
✔ Understanding the energetics of wealth as expressions of trust, security, and flow
✔ Shifting from scarcity to abundance through embodied awareness and nervous system regulation
✔ Cultivating self-esteem and the courage to take up space, shine, and succeed
✔ Balancing gratitude with bold vision and inspired action
✔ Feeling safe and grounded in expansion, visibility, and success
✔ Recognizing and releasing inherited beliefs and generational patterns around wealth and stability
✔ Guiding practices in Yoga Nidra, asana, breathwork, meditation, poetry, and music that support embodiment, receptivity, and creative flow
✔ Relating to money as sacred exchange and a reflection of inner clarity, integrity, and trust
Each session is a living prayer to the flow of life, an invitation to remember that you are already enough, that generosity begins within, and that true wealth is a state of connection.
