100hr Yoga of Death: Meeting Endings As Teachers of Renewal
w/ Emily Kuser
May 18th - 23rd, 2026

Embracing Impermanence & Letting Go

This module opens the current of endings, the sacred force of dissolution, surrender, and renewal that moves through all of life. It is the mystery that strips us bare and brings us home to what is real.

Across time and tradition, death has been a teacher of liberation. In Greece, Tibet, Bali, and beyond, rituals of death have served as prayers to the unseen and gestures of continuity between worlds. These practices honored grief and impermanence as essential to awakening.

We draw close to the origins of yoga and tantric insight to create a steady container for exploring death as a guide. Through movement, breath, meditation, sound, and stillness, we meet the intelligence of endings and the truth that all things change.

This is a practice of presence.
A descent into devotion.
A remembering that every release opens the way for life to renew itself.

After this training, you will be able to teach and guide others in:

✔ Working with death as a teacher and embracing impermanence as a spiritual practice
✔ Understanding ego death, identity shifts, and rebirth through embodied awareness
✔ Guiding grief rituals and ancestral healing processes with depth and care
✔ Supporting others through fear, loss, and major life transitions
✔ Exploring dying before you die through deep meditation, Yoga Nidra, and expanded states of consciousness
✔ Sequencing and guiding Yoga Nidra, asana, breathwork, meditation, poetry, and music around the themes of death, grief, and renewal

Each session is a living prayer, an invitation to rest into what cannot be held forever and to find peace in the impermanence that gives life its meaning.
