100hr Yoga of Sex: Awakening Life Force and Creative Expression
w/ Emily Kuser
May 11th - 16th, 2026

Power, Pleasure & Intimacy

This module opens the root current of life, the creative source that exists before conception, before imprint, before story. It is the pulse of vitality, desire, and connection that lives in every body.

We draw close to the origins of yoga and tantric insight to create a steady container for exploration. Through these ancient frameworks, we enter the study of sexual energy not as concept or performance, but as direct, embodied experience.

This work honors sexual energy as divine intelligence, a force that heals, creates, and restores balance. It invites reverence, curiosity, and honesty. The aim is not to transcend or control this power, but to live in right relationship with it.

Through breath, movement, sound, and inquiry, we bring wisdom into the body, allowing practice to become prayer and awareness to become devotion.

This is a return to innocence.
A descent into truth.
A remembering of the vitality that was never lost, only hidden.

After this training, you will be able to teach and guide others in:

✔ Working with sexual energy as a natural, healing life force
✔ Sacred sensuality practices that awaken vitality, sensitivity, and presence
✔ Understanding the nervous system and desire, and how safety, trauma, and conditioning shape expression
✔ Releasing shame, repression, and inherited beliefs around pleasure and power
✔ Honoring the link between sex, creativity, and purpose
✔ Cultivating intimacy beyond the physical, into emotional, energetic, and spiritual connection
✔ Sequencing and guiding Yoga Nidra, asana, breathwork, meditation, poetry, and music that support this field of exploration

Each session is a living prayer, an invitation to remember that your body is an altar, your energy is sacred, and your life is an act of devotion.
