Somatic Kundalini 100hr Immersion
w/ Tara Judelle
April 01st - 10th, 2026

“The Kundalini Shakti or “coiled feminine energy” is the vast potential of psychic energy. The body’s most powerful thermal current. The arousal of kundalini is not unique to tantric practice, but forms the basis of all yogic disciplines, and every genuine spiritual experience may be considered a flowering of this physionuclear energy.”- Ajit Mookerjee.

Kundalini is widely known as the sacred energy of the universe, said to be coiled in the base of the spine, three and half times like a snake.  Early Hatha yogic practices were designed to wake up Kundalini.  Yet this “esoteric” energy is a real-life force that can be awakened gently and gradually. Some sources say that only then can we access our capacity as a fully awake human being.

The 100-hour Somatic Kundalini immersion is a new offering developed to open up the conversational lab to the wisdom of kundalini in the body.  While this serpent energy has been in our human awareness across cultures, traditions and time for longer than any single text points toward, it is little understood, and in fact a power source  that has been subverted, controlled and kept mysterious.  We will approach the territory of what the ancients knew through our own somatic realm, calling back our intuition and ground, and open the channel to the wisdom of our body-mind.

In this 10-day immersion we will practice through the chakras, and enter into the discovery of kundalini via glands, the bones, the fluids and the embryology.   We will endeavor to know the subtle energy through our concrete body topography, as we unveil clues of the potent life force.

While previous experience with yoga, embodiment and meditation is suggested, you can attend this immersion without previous trainings, just the desire to know and befriend this life focus energy so that you can court and utilize it throughout your lifetime.

After this program you will have full knowledge and awareness of the structures in your body that utilize and activate elevated sensorial awakened states of consciousness.  You will have the tools to both activate and balance kundalini processes.  You will know how to ground and stabilize energies within your body and how to work with others that are going through a kundalini process. Most of all, you will gain the keys to initiating your own potent energy of the universe within the microcosm of you.
